Our client is a well known GC in Birmingham, ranked among the ENR Top 250 General Contractors for 2021, they have been continuously expanding over the past 2 years and are now in need of more preconstruction professionas in their team! They perform work from new ground-up construction across a diverse & complex portfolio of projects from High-End Multifamily & Commercial to Light Industrial Projects.

As a Commercial Estimator, you will be a key member of the preconstruction team working on projects from $5M up to $100M+. You will be working alongside a High Performing team and could be required to help & mentor Junior Members of staff/Interns.

• Construction Managemeng/Engineering Degree ( Or other relevant field).
• 2-5 years Preconstruction experience within a General Contractor.
• Experience using BIM, VDC, OST and Timberline Estimating Software is a plus but not essential.
• Onsite Operations or Field experience is a plus!
• Great communication and presentation skills.
