Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic business development initiatives to secure long-term, repeatable client relationships
• Identify and cultivate core customers aligned with companies strategic vision and values
• Oversee the pursuit of new market opportunities, including regional expansion and additional self-perform business units
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and final contract negotiations with key clients
• Establish and maintain relationships with economic developers, industry associations, and key stakeholders in the construction sector
• Collaborate closely with the Preconstruction and Operations teams to ensure seamless project handoff and execution
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide leadership insights to guide business development strategy
• Represent the company in high-level networking events, conferences, and client meetings

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, estimating, or sales within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of securing high-value projects and building long-term client relationships - Industrial & Commercial
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in high-stakes contract negotiations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and company initiatives
