Our Client is an Alabama based GC who are ranked within the ENR Top 200 list of General Contracting firms. They specialize in commercial ground up projects across Education, Retail, Hospitality, Multifamily & others.

This role is as a Junior Estimator where you will be responsible for working on projects from $800,000 up to $150M.

• 0-3 years Preconstruction experience within a General Contractor
• Candidates with estimating experience within a subcontractor or in Operations/field work who want to move into precontruction will be considered
• BIM, VDC, OST and Timberline Estimating Software experience is not required but is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills
