Requirements
- 5+ years of estimating experience.
- Perform quantity take-offs, analysis, and estimates
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site walk-throughs with subcontractors
- Mentor and manage junior staff
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
