This client is a large General Contractor/Development Company in Chicago, IL. They focus on a variety of projects including but not limited to Multi-Family, Residential, Education, Light-Industrial & more.

As a Commercial Estimator you will be working alongside the rest of the preconstruction team on a variety of projects that come into the office. You will be required to complete your own estimates as well as assisting Junior estimators throughout the process, reporting into the Lead Estimators for each project.

• 1-5 Years of Preconstruction Experience within a General Contracting Company
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent
• Ability to form great relationships and communicate at a high level
