What you’ll do
- Participation in the preparation of estimates
- Perform quantity take offs
- Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships
- Work with the lead estimator on value engineering options
- Prepare and present on bid day
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5 years commercial estimating experience
- Experience with GMP and hard bid estimating
- Strong conceptual estimating abilities
- Experience with interiors, tenant improvements, retrofit projects.
