Requirements:

• 5+ years' estimating experience with experience in Multi-Family projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organised and detail orientated
• Competent in Estimating software (Timberline, WinEst, Planswift, OST) and experience of Microsoft Office programs is required
• Read and understand plans and specifications for large commercial projects up to $75M
