Position: Commercial Estimator JobLocation: Charlotte, NCOur client, a long estalished General Contractor is looking for a Commercial Estimator to join their team in their Charlotte, NC office. Their portfolio consists of projects ranging from $10M to $90M across manufacturting, light industrial, cold storage & distribution, retail, corporate office and hospitality.Your new role:

• Preparing quantity take-offs, analysis, estimates & Studies for all items within the scope
• Performing constructability reviews
• Attend pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work and required contents for the estimates
• Participate in pre-job meeting with project management personnel
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of commercial estimating experience
• Proficient in a range of software and technologies to include WinEst & On-Screen Takeoff.
• Experience with Hard Bid, CMAR & Design Build
• Handles projects from cradle to grave and proficiency in all divisions
