Requirements:

• 5-8 years' of estimating experience
• Experience in Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, Retail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in a range of estimating software, Planswith, On-Screen TakeOff, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Timberline
