Our client requires the commercial estimator to:

• Hard hard-bid, design-build and conceptual estimating experience
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs
• Write detailed scopes of work for construction contracts to be implemented by Project Delivery.
• Solicit bids and quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to clarify pricing information.
• Support Preconstruction Managers with various special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent professional experience
• 5-10 years industry Estimating / Preconstruction experience
• Sports Stadium project exposure a plus
• Onsite Project Engineer experience on commercial projects a plus
