Responsibilities:

• Create & develop quantity take-offs
• Conduct and prepare appropriate reporting
• Read and process plans and blueprints
• Preparation and presentation of estimates
• Liaise with vendors & subcontractors

To be successful you’ll need:

• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline
• 5+ years preconstruction experience
• Good tenure with previous employers
• Experience with OST, Timberline, BlueBeam, Roctek, MS Project
• High level of initiative, motivation and interpersonal skills
