Looking for an experienced Estimator with at least 4+ years of commercial Preconstruction experience. You will be tasked with the Preparation of all Estimates & scopes of work to successfully support the Preconstruction manager.

• As the Estimator you will assist the lead Preconstruction Manager across all trades/scopes of work, and attend Client meetings & bid meetings.
• Build & Maintain relationships with Local Subcontractors & Vendors across the region.
• Develop your conceptual estimating & value engineering skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management
• Experience working on Commercial Preconstruction projects from $10MM+
• Experience performing take-offs for all CSI Divisions (except MEP)
• Excellent Communication & negotiation skills
