This position is going to reward an estimator who is in the market looking for an autonomous role where they can lead their own projects, develop their knowledge & skills within preconstruction with a strong department of professionals working collaboratively to meet company goals & ensure success as a team.

• Progressive General Contractor expanding rapidly with 5 year growth plan

• Projects: Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality from $20-$50
• Progression opportunities for the on set.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum 3 years estimating experience
• Knowledge of local subcontractor & vendor network around Tampa
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
