Our client is one of Cincinnati's longest standing General Contracting firms and are a big player in Healthcare, MOB, Labs, BioTech & Office building projects within the commercial sector.

As Director of Preconstruction you will be responsible for running the preconstruction department, liaising directly with the President.

• Build out and lead your own preconstruction team
• 2 days a week WFH
• Industries include: Healthcare, MOB, Labs, BioTech & Offices.

• 13+ Years if experience in Preconstruction with a large GC that does similar projects as stated above.
• Experience in leading a group of direct reports.
• Confident in their communication skills.
• Open to using and implementing new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in construction management, civil engineering or similar.
