• Five offices throughout the South East
• Projects: Education, Municipal, Sports Arenas, Theme Attractions ranging from $4M to $120M

Responsibilities:

• Solicit Subcontractor/Supplier participation
• Attend Pre-Bid Meetings
• Perform Quantity Take-offs for Mechanical Divisions
• Participate in pre and post construction reviews
• Develop & Maintaining long term beneficial relationships with key vendors

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
• 4+ years experience estimating electrical projects
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience with Hard Bid projects a plus
• Field experience a plus
