About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their Estimating team. This role is crucial in supporting the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates for high-value construction projects. Reporting to the senior estimator, the Estimator will contribute to the success of the team by delivering comprehensive project analyses and ensuring the highest level of accuracy in cost estimation and bid proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform conceptual estimating for civil, architectural, and structural components of projects ranging from $5M - $100M
- Prepare quantitative surveys and pricing from initial inception to GMP or Lump Sum Price.
- Coordinate and review project documents for various delivery methods, including GMP and Lump Sum Bid.
- Conduct detailed reviews of subcontractor scopes before awarding project contracts.
- Secure cost estimates for specialty items and present unit pricing data.
- Outline clarifications, qualifications, and provide backup for estimates during analysis and review.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
- Compile complete estimate/bid package breakdowns based on input from various sources.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience; multifamily project experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, construction management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of unit prices, material, and labor components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
