This client is a large General Contracting firm with Multiple offices in the US. They have a large book of clients and are as busy as ever with a huge line-up of projects for the year ahead. They are currently growing their already extremely strong preconstruction team to keep up with demand. This role has a lot of opportunities for growth with a supportive group.

• Work alongside a tight-knit team of collaborative Preconstruction Professionals.
• Client is very big on internal promotion.
• Projects include: Commercial, Warehouses, Cold-storage, Retail & more.
• Work closely on subcontractor relationships and get involved with Client meetings.

• Essential to have experience in construction management processes which will include estimating, bidding, purchasing & subcontractor communications.
• 3+ years of experience within similar projects to the above.
• Top-notch communication skills, in particular when communicating with subs and clients.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Up-to-date technology & software knowledge
