On Offer
As an Estimator you will be responsible for developing take offs & full estimating services for all CSI divisions across a wide variety of commercial costruction projects. You will liaise & solicit with subcontractors & vendors across the region.
Work collaboratively with the entire preconstruction department to ensure team goals are meet & attend bid days. Work on a variety of delivery methods from negotiated, hard bid, desing build.

Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- 2+ years of commercial estimating experience
- Field experience a bonus
- Experience in commercial preconstruction projects from $10MM+
- Exceptional communication skills
