• Construction Management/Civil Engineering Bachelor's degree is most desirable (or equivalent in related field).
• A willingness to learn and grow.
• 1-5 years of preconstruction experience.
• Experience on large projects is a plus (however, not an essential)
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
