This client is one of Philadelphia's best-established General Contracting firms with 50+ years of industry experience in the area. With offices across multiple states, this company has been thriving and is looking to expand its preconstruction department to keep up with high demand. They have an amazing pipeline set up for the coming years with no signs of slowing down.

As an Estimator, you will be working with the Preconstruction team on multiple projects simultaneously. You will rotate between working on full projects and collaborating on large complex projects.

• Diversify your portfolio of Commercial Projects.
• Work from home 3 days per week.
• Strong team with great rapport.

• 2+ years of experience working on commercial projects. (Experience in all CSI Divisions is preferred).
• Bachelor's degree is preferred (e.g. Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering).
• Good communication skills (Comfortable in a group and when speaking to clients).
• Great at building relationships (Especially with subs).
