Our client is looking for a driven & passionate Estimator who is keen to continue their professional development with one of Florida's leading ranked contractors.

With annual revenues in excess of half a billion they work across a diverse portfolio of projects including High Rise, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Education, Commercial & Office.

As the Estimator, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest & best landmark projects across Florida ranging from $50MM-$150MM. You will support the larger preconstruction team by supplying accurate & timely budgets/take offs for various trades/scopes across numerous projects at any given time. You will coordinate with Subcontractors/Vendors across the region maintaining & building new relationships.

- Bachelors in Construction Management OR Civil Engineering

- 1+ years Estimating experience

- Experience performing Take Offs for a variety of CSI Divisions

- Previous experience working with a General Contractor or Subcontractor preferred
