We are looking for a MEP Estimator to join one of the nations leading General Contractors. Due to continued growth in the Florida region they are expanding their Preconstruction team across all Florida locations including, Miami-Ft Lauderdale, Tampa & Orlando.

As the MEP Estiamtor you will report to and receive direction from the Director of MEP. You will provide Estimates & Take Offs for for various construction projects including Education, Healthcare, Laboratories, Data Centers & Commercial Projects.

You will gain experience across Mechanical, Electrical & Piping scopes. Build new & maintain existing relationships with subcontractors & vendors across the region.

• 3+ Years of Mechanical, Electrical or Piping Estimating
• Bachelors Degree in CE OR CM or related field.
• Experience Estimating MEP scopes from $10MM-$30MM
• Local knowledge of subcontractors & vendors a bonus
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
