Due to continued growth they are in the market for a skilled Preconstruction Manager to join their team in Jacksonville, Orlando or Gainesville, FL.

As Preconstruction Manager for our client you will be leading a diverse & complex portfolio of commercial new ground construction projects ranging from $20MM-$60mm. You will be responsible for handling the entire Preconstruction lifecycle from inital conceptual estimate to final phase construction documents.
