Requirements:

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent combinations technical training and/or related experience.
• 1-2 years estimating or engineering experience (at least 1 years estimating experience) in Heavy Civil Construction.
• Utilities, Site Prep, Wastewater, Earthworks experience a plus
• Must have HCSS and Bluebeam
