Key Responsibilities

‍As Lead Estimator, you will play a critical role in delivering successful projects and driving the estimating process. Key responsibilities include:

• Representing the team on all public bids and managing client relationships effectively.
• Preparing detailed conceptual budgets and performing value engineering analyses.
• Collaborating with design and operations teams to ensure accurate cost budgets.
• Reviewing and understanding project cost reports and general conditions estimates.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, risk management policies, and ethical guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in either commercial or civil construction industry, with a strong background in public bidding.
• Exceptional skills in conceptual estimating, budgeting, and cost management.
• Proficiency in industry software, including Heavy Bid.
• Experience working on CMAR packages an advantage
• A Civil Estimator with an understanding of grade changes on trails, berms is a plus
