Our client is a market leader within Light Industrial construction in the Southeast, they are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager who can take a $150M+ Warehouse, Advanced Manufacturing facility and run with it.

As Preconstruction Manager, you will collaborate with clients, architects and designers on design, value engineering and the conceptual costs of the project. You will have the support of a strong Preconstruction & Estimating team that have successfully delivered numerous Light Industry projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Construction Management OR Civil Engineering
- 10+ years Estimating experience on Light Industrial Projects
- Design & Build experience a must
- Strong Conceptual / Schematic background
- Ability to interact and bond with clients on a daily basis
