Our client, a nationwide General Contractor is looking for a MEP Manager to join their team in their Orlando office. You will have the opportunity to work on projects across Healthcare, Education, Federal, Entertainment, Manufacturing.Responsibilities

• Prepare bid scopes and review proposals
• Develop MEP budgets during preconstruction
• Establish and maintain relationships with project counterparts
• Lead VE discussions with project counterparts
• Participate in client meetings / presentations

Ideal candidate

• 10 years experience with MEP
• Previous experience managing a team
• Experience with healthcare projects
• Good MEP subcontractor network in the area
• Proficiency with MS Office, Primavera P6, BIM applications
