Our client is a Preconstruction Services focused General Contractor that has had huge success in delivering a new era of excellence in the construction industry.  This position will report directly to the VP of Preconstruction and will offer long-term progression opportunities within the company.

• Lead the Mechanical  preconstruction and estimating process, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and adherence to project requirements.
• Work closely with team partners, specifically Mechanical engineers to develop comprehensive and detailed electrical project estimates.
• Collaborate with the pursuit/project teams throughout the purchasing Mechanical, Electrical and Piping aspects of the project.
• Work with the latest technologies and platforms.
• $150,000 - $190,000 base

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Mechanical estimating and preconstruction management.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
