They perform new ground-up construction work across a diverse portfolio of projects including Commercial, Education, Light-Industrial, Multifamily & Others.

In the role of Preconstruction Manager you will be responsible for leading multiple projects from $3M up to $120M across a number of sectors. You will manage a team of Estimators & other Preconstruction Professionals.

• Bachelor's degree or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related area.
• 7+ years Preconstruction experience within a General Contractor.
• Experience using multiple Estimating Software's is a plus.
• Operations/Field experience is a plus.
• Top Class Communication and Presentation Skills.
