We are looking for a Senior Preconstruction Manager to take on a leading role as right hand to the VP of Preconstruction.

Our client is a national leader who due to continued growth in the area & a sizeable backlog of projects for 2023 & 2024 is expanding their Preconstruction team across FL.

As the Senior Preconstruction Manager you will take charge of a diverse portfolio of Preconstruction projects, including Education both K-12 & Higher Education, Commercial, Healthcare & more. You will be capable of taking these projects from cradle to grave, performing as the lead point of contact with Clients/Owners, Design & Operations team through all stages of the Preconstruction Lifecycle.

• Take the lead on Preconstruction projects from $50MM-$150MM

• 8+ Years of lead Preconstruction experience
• Experience leading Preconstruction projects in excess of $50MM across all divisions
• Background with both Higher Education & K-12 projects a bonus.
• Local FL industry experience a bonus however relocation assistance provided.
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
