Our client is one of the leading General Contractors in the nation, with over $ 1 billion in revenue they are expanding their Preconstruction team nationwide.Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to take up a leading role in the Orlando, FL office.
As a Preconstruction Design Manager, you will perform as the lead point of contact between the Design, Preconstruction & Operations teams to ensure the overall budget of the project is in line with the agreed upon estimates.
You will oversee quality management, providing mentorship & training to junior level professionals ensuring their tasks are completed to the highest standard.Having excellent communication & multitasking skills you will oversee various projects at any given time at various stages of completion.

• Perform as lead point of contact between Design, Operations & Precon Teams.
• Oversee the Design to Budget,
• Work on a Diverse & Large scale portfolio of Projects
• Build New & Maintain relationships with Design & Trade partners

• 10+ years of Lead Preconstruction experience overseeing all stages of Preconstruction from the earliest stages right through to construction
• Additional in field/operational experience is a bonus.
• Strong subcontractor & vendors relationship network
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture,, Engineering
