As Preconstruction Director you will report into the VP of Preconstruction working on specific new and commercial construction projects, up to $100M, and act as a key leader in the delivery of the pre-construction phases of the project and extensive client contact.On offer in your new role:

Requirements:

• 4 Year Construction related degree
• 10+ years of experience in pre-construction and new construction, preferably in the multifamily, retail or hospitaliy sector,
• Field, Supervisory and ground-up construction experience
• Experience in building relationships with subcontractors, architects, designers and clients
• Excellent computer skills
• Preferred experience in using: Timberline Estimating, Word, Excel, Project, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff;
• Working knowledge of applications and benefits of BIM and VD&C
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
