We are working with a national general contractor expanding their preconstruction team in Atlanta, GA.
Your new company provides ground up and renovations services to the commercial sector –multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality and office buildings. With projects ranging from £20MM - $100MM+
As Preconstruction Manager you will be responsible for management, coordination and delivery of the preconstruction phases of the project and providing technical leadership.

Requirements
Requirements:
- 4 Year Construction related degree
- 5+ years estimating experience
- Field construction experience preferred
- Leadership and Supervisory skills
- Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, architects, designers and clients
- Previous working experience of all project management control systems including planning/ scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement and business development
- Excellent computer skills – MS Excel, Word, Project
- Experience with OST, Primavera, AutoCad and Bluebeam
- Working knowledge of BIM a plus
- Effective interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
