Requirements:

• 4 year degree—construction related
• Minimum of 4-8+ years of experience in estimating on large commercial construction projects
• Expertise in conceptual estimating and hard bid environments
• Stable employment history with previous employers
• Computer software - MS Suite, specifically Excel-based
• Proficient with estimating software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
