As a Preconstruction manager you will be leading teams on projects as well as being involved in client meetings and business development aspects of the process. You will be responsible for training new starts as and when needed.

• 7+ Years of Preconstruction Experience within a large General Contracting Company
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• Interest in using up to date Preconstruction/Estimating Technologies is a plus.
• Great Communication skills with the ability to form & maintain good relationships.
• Ability to lead a small team.
