This role is with one of the biggest and best General Contracting firms in the US. They are very well established in the Cincinnati market and business has only been getting better for them over the past year. Because of this, they are looking to bring in some experienced professionals to add to their strong preconstruction department. Education & healthcare are big markets for this company, but they also specialize in a number of other industries.

• Work alongside one of the most reputable preconstruction teams in OH.

• Lead a team of precon/estimating professionals on a number of different projects.
• Collaborate with other offices on projects nationwide.

• 10+ years of preconstruction experience within a large GC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. Construction Management Or Engineering.
• Diverse project portfolio (Experience in similar industries to above would be ideal).
• Comfortable in/enjoys leading & mentoring other team members.
• Great at building relationships.
