• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or similar.
• 6+ years of relevant experience as a General Contractor.
• The Preconstruction Manager should be proficient in the use of the following software:

• Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of proficiency using Excel
• On Screen Take-off (OST)
• Adobe products, including Bluebeam
• Building Connected, preferred, but not required

• Be able to read construction drawings and specifications and identify missing elements
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to coordinate with stakeholders throughout the design-assist process, including attendance at design meetings as a representative during preconstruction phase services
