Preconstruction Manager in Memphis, TN*Relocation Assistance Provided*Niche SSP are working with an ENR Top 25 General Contractor who are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join their team in their Memphis, TN office.Ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• 10+ years’ commercial estimating experience
• Large project experience
• Conceptual estimating skills
• Ability to interface well with clients, owners, architects, vendors, engineers etc

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall preconstruction process from project inception through to start of construction
• Take lead in lumpsum bid
• Manage the estimating team
• Responsible for the preparation of preliminary estimates
• Review quantity take-offs, analysis & estimate the assigned scope
• Communicate and collaborate with Operations during preconstruction efforts
