Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Innovative marketing team to produce a strategic bid plan
• Conduct accurate and timely quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project scope and pricing strategies
• Review and analyze bid documents, including specifications, drawings, and contracts
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for projects of varying size and complexity
• Utilize estimating software to create and maintain project budgets and timelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry
• Design & Build experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on the client side a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
