Our client is works across a diverse & complex portfolio of Projects including Healthcare, Education & Commercial projects ranging from $30MM-$200MM+.

As a Senior Preconstruction Manager you will report directly to the VP of Preconstruction. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire Preconstruction lifecycle for both existing & new construction projects ensuring they meet the standards of the Preconstruction department.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, or related discipline
• 7 – 10 years experience in commercial estimating
• Experience in large projects of $50M+
• Proven leadership skills and experience in leading a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with all project counterparts.
• Proficiency in OST and Timberline
