This client is an international General Contracting firm with a large office in Nashville, TN. They work on Tennessee's largest, complex projects with a hugely diverse portfolio across several industries including Commercial, Healthcare, Higher Ed, Light-Industrial & More. They are now looking to expand their Preconstruction department with the addition of a new Preconstruction Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent professional experience
• 8-10 years of experience in construction estimating with a similar GC.
• Experience in Design Build & Hard Bid is a huge plus.
• Proven ability to lead a preconstruction team.
