• Take the lead on a diverse portfolio of commercial & Educational projects across the SE
• Be an employee owner with their great ESOP program
• Work closely with client/owner at the earliest stages of preconstruction.
• Provide development & mentorship to junior level precon clients.

• Experience leading Commercial & Education projects from $20MM-$60MM+
• BS of Construction Management or related degree.
• 8+ years commercial Preconstruction experience
• Excellent communication skills
