We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator or Preconstruction Manager to take up a leading role in our clients Jupiter, FL office.

As the Preconstruction Manager you will be expected to lead a variety of Commercial, Education, & Mixed Use projects through the entire Preconstruction process. You will be the lead point of contact between the Client/Owners, Design & construction teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of lead Preconstruction experience
• Experience leading preconstruction projects across all Divisions in excess of $25MM
• Bachelors of Construction Management or similar related field
• (Local Experience to Miami-Ft Lauderdale area a bonus)
