In this role, you will be managing a team of Estimators & Junior Team members across large projects within the Commercial Industry.

• Work on Philly's largest projects with this extremely reputable firm.
• Collaborate with a high-performing preconstruction team - leading/mentoring Junior members.
• Communicate directly with the Senior Leadership team.

• 9+ Years of Experience in the preconstruction & Estimating Industry
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
• Experienced in leading/mentoring a team.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Enjoys meeting with clients etc. in the beginning stages of project processes.
