Due to their ongoing success over the last 18 months, they are expanding the team & are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join their DC Team.

• Manage and lead a group of talented Preconstruction & Estimating professionals.
• Work on projects including, Education, Multifamily, Healthcare & more.
• Work with a highly reputable General Contractor in the DC area.

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• 5+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction commercial construction projects
• Deep understanding of Budget/Estimate organization and the project life cycle in the commercial construction market
• Familiarity with the DC metro AEC market
• Experience estimating and providing preconstruction services for K-12, multifamily, and Design-Build projects.
