Our client is an award winning, highly reputable General Contractor based in Washington DC and due to their on going success, are looking to expand their Preconstruction team and bring on a new Preconstruction Manager. They mainly focus on Multifamily, Mixed use & Commercial projects ranging anything from $1MM-$250M+. We have been working with this client exclusively for a number of years and can provide candidates with detailed information/tips on the interview process.

• 5+ relevant years of experience within a General Contractor
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or mechanical engineering is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of at least 3 or more members of the department.
• Proficient computer software skills (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling, presentation software, etc.)
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to candidates from certain subcontractors who are interested in diversifying into a full service GC.
• Passionate about developing their skills & growing within the team/company.
