Client
Our client is Charlotte's premier local General Contractor across Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Education, Commercial and Senior Living.As Preconstruction Project Manager you must be comfortable leading/ managing multiple small projects ($12M) or one large complex project ($75M+) from conception through to sign off.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Estimates, Value Engineering and life cycle cost analysis with your team.
- Develop scopes of work for specific trades
- Review project information and requirements with subcontractors
- Lead Preconstruction project pricing.
- Present to owners
Requirements / Experience
- Bachelors Degree in construction
- 5+ years of Estimating experience
- 3+ years of Preconstruction Management / Services a plus
- Demonstrate effective use of technology including estimating / construction-related software
- LEED Accreditation is preferred
- Posses strong communication & interpersonal skills
