Our client is Charlotte's premier local General Contractor across Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Education, Commercial and Senior Living.As Preconstruction Project Manager you must be comfortable leading/ managing multiple small projects ($12M) or one large complex project ($75M+) from conception through to sign off.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Estimates, Value Engineering and life cycle cost analysis with your team.
  • Develop scopes of work for specific trades
  • Review project information and requirements with subcontractors
  • Lead Preconstruction project pricing.
  • Present to owners

Requirements / Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in construction
  • 5+ years of Estimating experience
  • 3+ years of Preconstruction Management / Services a plus
  • Demonstrate effective use of technology including estimating / construction-related software
  • LEED Accreditation is preferred
  • Posses strong communication & interpersonal skills
