With a diverse range of projects ranging from $10MM- $500MM+ this is a unique opportunity to run, build and develop a world-class Preconstruction department.

Role;

As VP of Preconstruction, you will require a strong background in Conceptual estimating, as well as the ability to collaborate with clients and architects on design-build projects.

• Run a large preconstruction department for one of the largest construction firms in the US
• Diverse project portfolio across Public and Private sectors
• Average project size $85M
• Backlog of projects running into mid-2024

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of two years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Design & Build project experience over $100M+
• Track record in leading, growing and developing a Preconstruction department of 5+ estimators.
• Client-facing skills are a must-have, 80% of this role will be working with clients.
