• Take the lead role on Estimating bids
• Read and analyze drawings, specifications and other documentation
• Quantity take-offs, analysis and estimates
• Manage the estimating team
• Establish meaningful relationship with all stakeholders
• Preparation and presentation on “bid day”

Requirements for your new role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
• 3-8 years estimating experience
• IT skills and proficiency in OST, Timberline, PlanSwift, BIM, SketchUp
• Excellent communication skills
• Innovative
• On-site experience
