Your new company are a family owned Commercial General Contractor, seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Estimator to join their firm in Tampa, providing general construction, preconstruction and design/build services to commercial clients across Florida for industrial, hospitality, medical and retail projects.On offer in your new role:

Requirements:

• 8 - 10 years' estimating experience to include Mixed-Use, Office, Education, Healthcare, Senior Living and Retail
• Technology focused with experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, On-Screen Take-Off, FastTrack Scheduling, Timberline, WinEst
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Extremely well organised
• Must be a team player
